Curio 1.0.0 Support
Support
A real person reads every message, usually within 1 business day. Send the six details below and the first reply is far more likely to be the fix rather than a question.
Ways to reach us
Send a message
Everything marked required helps us answer in one reply rather than three. A person reads it — expect an answer within 1 business day.
Send these six things
- Your store URL. The myshopify.com address, or your custom domain.
- Theme name and version. Online Store → Themes. Look for “Curio 1.0.0”. If you are on an older version, say which.
- The page it happens on. Paste the full URL. For an unpublished theme, use Actions → Preview and send that link.
- What you expected, and what happened. One line each is plenty. “The condition stamp should show on the product page, but nothing appears.”
- A screenshot or short recording. The single most useful thing you can attach.
- Device and browser. For example: iPhone 15, Safari. Or: Windows, Chrome.
Giving us a look at the store
We can diagnose most things from a screenshot and a URL. When we cannot, there are two ways to let us see the store, in order of preference:
- A preview link. In Online Store → Themes, duplicate the theme, reproduce the problem on the copy, then use Actions → Preview and share that link. Nothing we do can affect your live storefront.
- A staff account. If a change has to be made in the theme editor, invite us with the Themes permission only — never full admin access. Remove the account when the ticket closes.
We will never ask for your Shopify password, a payment detail, or a two-factor code. Nobody legitimate will. If a message claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us — forward it to [email protected] and we will confirm.
What support covers
- Bugs and layout problems in the theme
- How to configure any theme setting, section, or block
- Setting up the Curio metafields and getting them to render
- Help reading a Shopify feature the theme exposes — filters, markets, selling plans
- Small CSS pointers when you want to nudge something
And what it does not
- Custom development. Building new sections or reworking a template is outside theme support. We will say so plainly and point you at what the theme can already do.
- Third-party apps. App embeds and app blocks are supported by their developers. We will help you work out whether the theme or the app is at fault.
- Shopify platform and billing. Payments, shipping rates, domains, and account questions belong to Shopify Support, who can actually see your account.
- Code you or another developer changed. If the theme was edited, send the change and we will look. Restoring an unmodified copy is sometimes the fastest fix.
Bugs and requests
Both are welcome in the same inbox. A bug report that includes the steps to reproduce it gets fixed in a release far faster than one that does not — if you can tell us the exact sequence of clicks, please do.
Feature requests are logged and read before every release. We will not promise a date, but we will tell you honestly whether it is something the theme should do. Shipped changes are listed in the changelog.
